Vintage Ulster Weavers Tea Cosy Thatched Cottage Padded Tea Pot Cover.

The colours are muted and the tea cosy has a pretty watercolour look to it. I'm not sure if it's faded from repeat laundering or it was designed to have this look.

Made from 100% cotton with polyester wadding inside.

There's a small mark on the inside of the cosy but no staining as far as I can see - I've included a photo

All items are packaged with great care in recycled and eco friendly packaging materials and usually dispatched within 24-36 hours ( not including weekends ). If your order comes in during the morning while I'm still packing other orders your item will often be dispatched the same day.

Just to reassure all my customers that due to past negative experiences with other delivery services I only use Royal Mail or Parcel Force. I appreciate that this means that the postage is a bit more expensive but I think it's worth the peace of mind.  

I offer a combined postage and packaging cost so I will refund any over payment whenever possible.  However, this obviously depends on the weight and dimensions of the combined items. Please remember that postage charges also cover packaging and the time it takes to ensure your item arrives in good order.

It's frustrating to be praised for my packaging then marked down on postage because eBay is asking a very misleading question. To be clear according to eBay policies postage is the "actual cost paid to the delivery service and HANDLING COSTS, including the cost of packaging materials" N.B : eBay also includes p&p costs in fees, so whatever you think you are paying for p&p eBay are taking a cut of that.

Proof of postage is always retained.

Please note that most of our items are vintage, antique or pre-owned and will show signs of age and use which is as to be expected.

Curtains are usually sold without having been cleaned and so may need to be professionally cleaned before hanging

Textiles are usually washed before listing but they may subsequently have been in storage and as such may need to be aired.

While I take care to represent the colours as well as I am able there will be some unavoidable discrepancies from device to device and screen to screen. Please ask for more information if the colour is important to you.
