When will you be posting the item?

ANSWER:

Due to our work commitments, my wife can only make it to the post office once every Friday morning, which is why all my listings have handling times as 5 business days. Unfortunately, if you pay for your item on a Friday afternoon or later, we cannot post it until the following Friday. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you combine postage?

ANSWER:

Yes, I am happy to combine postage. If you are bidding on multiple items, please let me know so that I don’t send you payment reminders for items that end before your other items.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are purchasing a Spider-Man item from me and it is motorized, takes batteries, or has mechanical/moving parts, I cannot guarantee that it works. I am a Spider-Man collector and I have had some items on display for over 20 years. I never purchased them to use them, but I would still expect that they are not faulty, however, there is always that risk when you purchase if you are intending to use the item.

IMPORTANT #1:

It is your responsibility to make sure you check the postage/shipping costs before you bid. For some bizarre reason people bid on items then complain about the postage/shipping costs when it comes time to pay and then they ask to cancel.

DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO PAY! The postage/shipping costs are clearly displayed on all my listings before you bid on them. Thanks for your understanding :)

IMPORTANT #2:

I am very proud of how I pack my items, and I always pack my items how I would expect to receive them. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit THIS IS NOT MY FAULT! For some bizarre reason people think it is necessary to send me nasty messages about something that is clearly out of my control. Please rest assured that no one has ever received a damaged item from me that has been inside a damaged parcel … I think that speaks volumes for how good my packaging is inside the damaged box. Thanks for your understanding :)

IMPORTANT #3:

Before you leave a low star rating for my postage costs, please remember that postage costs are governed by eBay and/or the shipping/postage provider … NOT ME! The only additional shipping/postage costs I would add on would be the ‘occasional’ 75 cents to 85 cents that I ‘sometimes’ add to cover what I pay to carefully package your item. The other additional shipping costs that are sometimes added on are at collection or checkout for international transactions: “In eBay international transactions, buyers often pay additional costs at checkout or upon delivery, including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are typically the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or the initial shipping cost.”
