Vintage 70s Penco Acoustic guitar,  made in Japan.   Model A-35 GS very rare great sounding guitar.  Had a neck repair done sometime before I inquired it.  Also  the guitar has finish flaws from age.  Plays wonderfully  and stays in tune too.  See photos.   Nice guitar for any collection.
