📦 Shipping

Domestic handling (Japan)

Ships via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) to eBay’s domestic authenticity inspection center.
This applies to all U.S.-bound orders for watches priced USD 2,000 and above.

International forwarding (U.S. orders only)

After authentication in Japan, eBay forwards the item to their U.S. authentication center for a second inspection.

Final delivery (U.S. orders)

Once verified, the item is shipped from the U.S. authentication center to the buyer with tracking.

Handling time: Ships within 2–5 business days after payment.
(Japanese holidays/weekends may add 1–2 days.)

Packing: Protective materials are used for safe delivery.

🇺🇸 United States — eBay Authenticity Guarantee (DDU)

This watch qualifies for eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee program (USD 2,000+ category).

Shipping Flow (U.S. orders):

1. Item ships from Japan to eBay’s Japan authentication center via Yamato Transport.
2. After the initial check, it is forwarded by eBay to their U.S. authentication center.
3. After final verification, it is delivered to the buyer with tracking.

Important notes:

• Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are NOT included.
• These may be charged by customs or the carrier.
• eBay may collect state sales tax at checkout.
• Please check with your local customs office for estimates.

Returns / Cancellations (U.S. buyers):

Returns must follow eBay’s U.S. authentication center procedures once the item has shipped.
Direct returns to Japan are not accepted after the item enters the Authentication Guarantee route.

🌍 Buyers Outside the United States (UK, EU, Middle East, Asia, etc.)

For all non-U.S. buyers—including the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.), Asia, and Oceania—the item is shipped directly from Japan via FedEx Express.

International Shipping Method (non-U.S. buyers):

• FedEx Express (full tracking)
• Ships directly from Japan to the buyer
• Does not go through eBay's authentication center (U.S. program only)

Customs & Duties (DDU):

• Import duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees are NOT included in the item price.
• These charges are 100% the buyer’s responsibility.
• Charges may vary depending on your country’s customs regulations.
