Sleeve Condition –  VG+ -  Good clean sleeve, very light edge wear, very light ring wear, light bumped corners, no lyric booklet it was an extra with this issue, laminate peeling at inserts       

Disc Condition –   EX -  Good clean shiny surfaces, very light handling marks, very light spindle marks, only light signs of play on all sides, no heavy marks at all, should play just fine, a very fine copy
