ANDY WARHOL Marilyn Monroe silkscreen FS II #29 from his 1967 suite of 10 prints, edition of 250 with 26 APs. This print on heavy art paper is a "trial proof", not signed or numbered, from Factory Editions, size is 36" x 36" (or 91.5 cm square). The proof is made from the original screens or images and is the same size as the original edition but may have different coloration. This vivid high-quality serigraph is in very good used condition and will be shipped flat. Stamped on the reverse as authorized by the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual arts, this museum-quality print is not faded like the signed originals and offered at a much more reasonable price. There is a very small tear on the back that has been repaired with acid-free tape (see photo), but this does not effect the front image. The hot pink colors of this print are truly amazing!
