I do guarantee my products to be operational unless otherwise stated, so returns will be accepted if a product is found to be defective or not as described in the listing. If an item was fully sealed and is found to be defective, I will accept that return only if the manufacturer will not warranty it. Otherwise, returns are not accepted for change of mind, etc. Returns may not be processed if a sealed item is returned unsealed or an item has noticeably more wear or is altered in any way. Serial numbers and other identifying information on products are checked and recorded in the listing to prevent return fraud. A return will not be processed and a report will be filed if a different item than what was originally sent is returned.
