Due to an increased number of cancellation requests, we only allow cancellations within the first hour after purchase, as per eBay's recommendation.

By purchasing from our store, buyers are entering a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Buyers are responsible for reading the full listing, including all store policies, before completing their purchase.

All pre-sale purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for items purchased before their release date.

The market value of pre-sale items is known to fluctuate, which represents a shared risk for both buyer and seller. By purchasing a pre-sale, the buyer agrees to complete the transaction. The buyer may, however, return their item once it arrives.

Buyers are required to pay a 25% restocking fee on all returns. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

We do not allow cancellations on auctions. Shipping is not combined for auctions unless 4 or more are purchased. When 4 or more auctions are won, buyers may request a shipping discount of up to 50%.
