The black dial, subdials, and luminous hands and indexes are clean. The manual-wind Co-Axial Master Chronometer movement runs properly, and the chronograph starts, stops, and resets correctly. This watch passed the water pressure test. Includes the original Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch presentation box with outer box, additional straps, strap-changing tool, medallion, and instruction booklets, as shown. No omega cards are included. Section 2: Returns & Warranty Policy

• Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all timepieces. Watches sold in "As-Is" condition (as specified in the item description) are excluded from this return policy.
• Warranty Coverage: New Watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Pre-Owned Watches are covered by a 30-day limited warranty.
• Scope of Service: This warranty exclusively covers mechanical failure of the movement. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse or accidental impact. Examples of non-covered issues include, but are not limited to: cracked crystals, internal damage from drops/shocks, and water intrusion caused by an open crown or use in depths exceeding the watch’s rating.
• Authorized Repairs: All warranty service is performed by our certified master watchmakers in New York. Luxury Horology Inc. will not reimburse the repair costs incurred by unauthorized local jewelers or third-party watchmakers.

Section 3: Returns & Refunds Policy

• United States Returns: If an item is materially different from the listing, eBay will provide a prepaid return label. If the watch was verified by eBay Authenticity Guarantee, it must be returned to the authentication center for inspection before a refund is issued.
• For standard returns (item as described), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we will issue a full refund less the original shipping charges.
• 14-Day Limit: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. Beyond 14 days, all sales are final; however, we may offer to repurchase the timepiece at an agreed-upon market price.
• International Returns: We do not accept returns for addresses outside the United States unless the item is significantly different from the description.
• Buyers are responsible for international customs fees and duties; it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to claim any such fees from their local authorities.

Section 4: Return Rules & Quality Control

• To qualify for a refund, all watches must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received.
• No Alterations: The watch must not be altered in any way. You may not adjust the bracelet, remove links, cut straps, or open the case back.
• Completeness: The watch must be returned with all original accessories, including boxes, warranty papers, manuals, and tags.
• Brand-New Items: All factory protective plastics and stickers must remain intact. Leather or rubber straps must not be "tried on" or buckled. Once a strap is buckled, it shows immediate signs of wear, and the watch can no longer be sold as brand-new.
• Pre-Owned Items: If a pre-owned watch is returned with new signs of wear not present at the time of sale, a $100 professional polishing fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Handling: Most orders are dispatched within one business day; however, we reserve a processing window of up to three business days.
• Shipping Guarantee: Should shipping be delayed beyond three business days due to our internal operations, we will automatically upgrade your shipping method at no additional cost.
• Same-Day Shipping: We can often accommodate same-day shipping for payments cleared before 4:00 PM EST if you contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
• Security: Signature confirmation is mandatory for all items valued over $750. For items under $750, we provide this service free of charge upon request if you select USPS Priority Mail.
