Five film reels in various formats with footage of Motorcycle and Car racing events from the 1930s. 1960s/70s

I am not that clued up on motorsport, so interested bidders may recognise more about the footage than myself.

I have tried my best to get some information on the footage. 

There are two 7" reels of super 8mm colour film (these two reels are not full, see video)

one containing footage from the Isle of Man TT. I am guessing the 1970s on this film. (pictures 2/3/4)

The other super 8mm 7" reel has motorcycle racing from a circuit, but I do not know which circuit it is. again I am guessing the 1970s (pictures 5/6/7)

Also included are two small 3 inch reels of 16mm colour film, both containing footage of the Isle of man TT. I am guessing 1960s on these films based on the helmet styles? (pictures 8 - 13)

The fifth film is a 9.5mm B&W film of various races from the 1930s. Mainly cars, but also some motorcycles (pictures 14 - 24)

One of the super 8mm has a short section at the end which appears to be some kind of fun parade at the race event?
