Notes
- Please be sure to clean the air pipe and oil pipe joints before connecting them, otherwise, impurities entering the pipeline will damage the cylinders and hydraulic components and greatly shorten the service life of the pneumatic pump.
- The air source connected to the pneumatic pump must be de-watered. Air compressors and storage tanks should be drained daily. The end of the air source of the pneumatic pump is best to add a separate filter to ensure that the air source is clean, which will greatly extend the service life of the pneumatic pump.
- Please change the 32# hydraulic oil every 350 hours (not included).
- Please allow for slight color differences caused by shooting light and errors caused by manual measurement, and make sure you don't mind before ordering. If you have any questions, please contact us, and we will reply and solve your problem as soon as possible.
Problems and Solutions
Oil seeps through the gap between the cover plate and the pump box and there is a sound of air leakage.
The yellow exhaust plug on the cover plate is not opened and loosened for 1-2 turns. (For new pumps)
Oil seeps from underneath the oil outlet aluminum valve block.
The oil pipe is connected to the valve block without wrapping the raw tape. Remove the fuel line, wrap 5 turns of raw tape around it, and retighten. (For new pumps)
The pneumatic pump does not discharge oil, powerless.
There is air inside——the pneumatic pump pedal to the pressure relief state, use a wrench to press the inlet valve on the small twist, and the air can be discharged (for new pumps)
Pneumatic pump “bang bang” sounds normal, but not out of oil, or insufficient pressure.
The hydraulic valve is blocked by dirt.
Disassemble clean, and replace the hydraulic oil. (For the old pump)
The pneumatic pump does not work and does not have a response.
The air part of the seal is damaged, or the cylinder is worn out or there is too much dirt inside. Disassemble and replace the seal or cylinder, and clean it. (For old pumps)
