Size 16 or XL - measures from armpit to armpit approximately 42".  It's a tailored fit, with the adjustable ribbon belt, it is very slimming, could be worn without the belt also.  With denim jeans, it's a casual/dressy look.  Only purchased to wear at a Baby Shower - worn once with tall denim jeans, highly complimented.
