This sensor is 3 controls in 1!  Combination Humidity/Temperature/Light.  Anticipates dew point to expel humid air; automatically adjusts for seasonal climate, works in all climate zones & in all seasons!  Compatible with Panasonic ventilation fans.

     Humidity control - advanced sensor technology detects temperature & humidity and will automatically turn on the exhaust fan to control humidity. Automatically       turns off when the appropriate combination of temperature & humidity are reached.

     Countdown Timer - manually turning on the fan initiates a 20 minute countdown cycle.

     Manual On/Off Control - simply push the switch for manual fan operation (the condensation sensor makes sure your exhaust fan clears the air)
