OUR RETURN POLICY: We accept returns on Buy-It-Now store inventory within 30 days of the purchase date of the item, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it shipped. We do not accept opened/damaged/used items back in return. We strongly prefer that the customer contacts us via direct message with photos of the item condition and an explanation of what went wrong/the reason for the return. We will always do our best to work out the solution directly through messaging, and once we approve the return request, we can send a pre-paid label through the eBay messaging system. We prefer this process to work out any customer issues, and try to avoid customer chargebacks or opening a blind eBay ticket (please give us an opportunity to make things right!) 

 

NOTE: We do not accept returns on auction items, unless the item is lost/damaged by the shipper in transit (with supporting data). Because these are clearance auctions, and the time window to sell these items is limited, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of the items after the close of the auction.
