DIAMONDS, WATCHES, JEWELRY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All of our diamonds are genuine (unless otherwise noted). Our gold is not plated nor filled (unless otherwise noted). All items are tested before we list them. Most jewelry is cleaned professionally. Sometimes photos are not perfect and can show shadows.

  • Shadows are not on the jewelry. Any issues are described and noted.

  • We sell all kinds of items. Some are very desirable, high quality, fine estate jewelry. Other items are more ordinary and are sold for a small percentage over their scrap value.

  • Watches may need cleaning or servicing both of which will be noted in the description. Watches from our store are cleaned/polished, serviced and come with a minimum one year full warranty.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Please include your phone number with your payment.

  • We combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible. If you desire a combined shipping rate, please wait until we send and you receive your combined shipping quote prior to payment. Our combined shipping cost is $10USD if your subtotal for multiple items is under $1,000USD. If your subtotal exceeded $1,000USD, the shipping cost will be $20USD. If it exceeds $2,000, the cost will be $30USD.

  • Some items are sold with an appraisal. If there is no picture of an appraisal, we do not have one. Third (3rd) party certified appraisals are available at a cost of $75 each (non-refundable) and take about two weeks to complete.

  • We use Jagi for most of our appraisals. See example below.

  • Grading jewelry is subjective. We are not responsible for variations in opinion and we do not refund the cost of appraisals. Most appraisals are only a guide and not indicative of the true value of an item. If you buy an item in a store for $3000, they might give you an appraisal of $4500. If you went to sell the item you might get $1500. So what does the value on an appraisal really mean? Not much. These days most insurance companies pay the replacement value of an item and not the appraisal.

  • All sales within the State of PA are subject to 7% state sales tax. This includes all local pickups, even if you reside outside of the State of Pennsylvania.The states collecting sales tax on eBay purchases include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.   • We declare full sale value on all international shipments. No exceptions!

  • We are NOT responsible for Customs Duty Charges on international shipments under any circumstance. That includes returns or breakage.

  • We do not accept return or refund packages refused at Customs.

  • We do NOT ship to China, Russia, Ukraine, Chile, Brazil, South Africa, Albania, Argentina, Czech Republic, or France.

  • To only some countries, and for very valuable items, we ship with FedEx.

  • High value items shipping internationally take longer to process as they require special documentation.

  • Please pay as soon as the auction ends to ensure one/two business day domestic handling and 3 business day international handling. Orders paid after 9:30am will usually ship out the next business day.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Do NOT Bid unless you are willing to pay that much for the piece. We sell "as is". Most of the items are used and therefore might not be perfect. We describe items to the best of our ability and are 100% honest and upfront.

  • Our thirty five years in business has afforded us a reputation of honesty and the highest integrity. If you have any concerns about an item please DO NOT BID.

  • We reserve the right to re-list items not paid for after 7 days.

  • We are very busy and try to answer emails as fast as possible. If an email is not answered and you have a concern DO NOT BID.

  • If there are questions regarding auction items, please email early on so we can answer all your emails and questions before the auction concludes.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All sales are limited to a 14-day return policy for all reasons.

  • We do not accept, for return or refund. packages that are refused at Customs.

  • To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in the same condition as when sent.

  • We do not accept items for return that have been altered or damaged in any way. This includes alteration or damage to any and all box(es), documentation, paper(s) and/or certificate(s) that accompany the item.

  • Items returned without all accompanying box(es), documentation, paper(s) and/or certificate(s) cannot be refunded until those items are also returned to us.

  • We do not accept returns because the buyer does not like an item or changes their mind. Buyers doing this are blocked from purchasing from us.

  • Seller limits its liability to the buyer to the total amount invoiced.

  • Seller is not liable for any damage that may result from the use of any item purchased through our store.

  • Returns without a valid reason are subject to a restocking fee.

  • Refunds are issued as soon as possible.
