This is a vintage Japanese tea bowl of Seto ware, which was made by a famous 1st class potter, Shohachi Taniguchi about 40 years ago.
He was accepted at the Nitten Exhibition 10 times. In addition, he won a lot of other famous awards, too.
The seal of the potter is stamped on the bottom.
The original wooden box with the signature of the potter & the profile of the potter are also included.
