This is a vintage Japanese Mishima style tea bowl of Kyo Ware, which was made about 30 years ago.
Brown clay is covered with blue glaze. The seal of the potter is stamped on the bottom.
The wooden storage box (no signature) is also included.
Kyo ware is one of Japanese the most traditional wares, which was started around 1590. They are typically painted with overglaze enamel pigments.
