Note:  Due to recent surge of unpaid buyers, and high bidders deciding to cancel their purchases because they "changed their minds" or "forgot to cancel their bid" or "already have this" or.....whatever., I am invoking a new rule.  If you don't pay after an auction closes, for whatever reason, you will be placed on my banned bidder list (yes, e-bay has such a list) and you will not be able to bid on any items I list from that point forward.  No exceptions.
