PLEASE NOTE: sets are tracked using USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL.  If you would like USPS tracking, it will be an additional $5.49 for Ground Advantage package, to ship up to 8 sets. 

There seem to be more and more problems with mail delivery.  Some envelopes are delivered in a few days and others in a few weeks.  USPS does not always scan when they should, items are delivered to the wrong address, porch/box pirates abound, and there are even buyer scammers, who file for refund after they have received the item.  If an item shows on the tracking lost in transit, I will either refund or re-ship if you do no receive the item within 2 weeks.  If tracking shows that the item was delivered but it was not (probably delivered to the wrong address), the buyer will need to file a lost mail claim with USPS if a USPS tracking number was purchased.  USPS does not offer lost item reports for free shipping by first class letter, so for those misdelivered items, file with eBay for a refund.  As a seller, I cannot refund a mis-delivered item, because I will lose eBay seller protection if I do.  The buyer must file with eBay for a refund, and then the seller must file for seller protection.  If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy.
