Each bar is melted from clean copper wire and #1 copper pipe, then hand-poured and individually finished. Surfaces are sanded progressively to 10,000 grit, cleaned with acetone, and polished using both heavy and fine compounds for a mirror finish.
Sealed with protective wax to help prevent oxidation and preserve the shine.
