New open box Cambridge Potteries Snowman Holiday, set of 4 dinner plates with box. One plate does have a little area on the rim where the decal is missing and a spot in the middle.(see photos) One plate has, what looks like paint from the manufacturing process on the back. The box shows wear and it is ripped.
