Fits all 2003–2012 Honda Accord trims equipped with the K24A4 2.4L DOHC engine and a manual transmission — does NOT fit Accord models with automatic transmissions, V6 engines, or the 2.2L iCTDi (European diesel) variant
This kit replaces the stock 225mm clutch disc with a 215mm disc — the smaller-diameter ceramic disc is designed for increased load capacity and extended service life in race applications; this dimensional change is normal and expected for this kit and does not indicate incorrect fitment
K24 Accord vehicles may require an ECU flash after installation — some K24A4 Accord ECUs detect clutch size changes and may trigger error codes or exhibit drivability issues; an HonData FlashPro or KTuner Flash unit is recommended to recalibrate the ECU to the new clutch specifications if this occurs
This is an unsprung (rigid) ceramic clutch kit — it is NOT designed for daily driving or street use. Using this kit in daily traffic or constant on/off engagement will break the rivets on the rigid clutch disc hub, causing premature failure; this kit is for dedicated race vehicles or exclusively track-driven applications

It represents the highest single-disc stage in Action Clutch's Accord K24 lineup, built around a rigid MIBA ceramic 6-puck disc for maximum torque capacity and instantaneous engagement in dedicated race applications.
The key advantage of this kit over other ACR-05XX Accord kits is that it ships as a complete system — the lightened flywheel is included, eliminating the need for a separate flywheel purchase and ensuring the clutch and flywheel are properly matched to the K24A4 application out of the box. The lightened flywheel also provides the additional performance benefit of reduced rotational inertia, improving throttle response and rev speed compared to the factory unit. Note that the kit uses a 215mm disc replacing the stock 225mm, and some K24A4 Accord ECUs may require an HonData FlashPro or KTuner Flash to recalibrate after installation.
This kit is for dedicated race vehicles only. The unsprung rigid disc hub provides no dampening, making it entirely unsuitable for daily driving or regular street use — the rivets on the rigid hub will break under the constant on/off engagement of traffic driving. Clutch chatter and increased gear rattle are normal characteristics of all rigid ceramic clutch designs, not defects. A 500-mile street break-in is required; failure to complete break-in voids the warranty. This item is non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives defective. SFI Spec 1.1 certified.
