Side plate is marked Thommen Record - Patented Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, France, U.S.A. - Made in Switzerland and the silver emblem is marked 500 - 8.  The spool cap is marked Marine Record 500 - Made in Switzerland. Reel is in used condition as seen in the pics. Mechanically smooth action with a ticking sound during retrieve and a fully functional bail.
