I put condition as fair because there are multiple minor flaws/alterations. Still completely wearable.

FLAW # 1 - many tiny pin dot sized stains like sauce maybe (so faint that you cant tell unless inspecting) i

FLAW # 2 - not really a flaw and more of an alteration .. the hem of pants were hemmed up to hide the intentional exposed hem of the kinsale style pant.
