We just have too many in the crib.  These are all tested good before put back on the shelf, however we are still offering no problem returns.   Cosmetic wear on the labels from being moved around in the bin but that's it.  Only light scratches on the contacts, nothing on here will effect use.  We toss anything that's even questionable or take to scrap yard.   Selling for a great price.  Thank you Harold and Myrtle Zelinsky
