At Parts 360 Auto, we offer secure and fast shipping within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. Where possible, items will be combined into one order; however, in some instances, you may receive multiple deliveries.

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched, allowing you to keep an eye on its journey to you. Delivery times are generally 1-3 days for standard shipping to metropolitan areas on the east coast. Please note that deliveries to WA, SA, NT, and regional or remote areas may take longer.

All products are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty terms from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims: If accepted by Parts 360 Auto, shipping costs for returns will be refunded.

Replacements: We provide replacements (including shipping) for:

• Damaged items during delivery

• Incorrect items shipped

• Items with manufacturing defects

• Items not marked as Clearance

Replacements are issued upon inspection of returned items, excluding Clearance items.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted for unused products in original packaging, excluding Clearance items. Electrical components cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
