In very good condition.  

Front & back covers show creasing and a few minor tears along the spiral binding.  Back cover is rough along the edge and has a few minor holes (they do not go all the way through, only to the faux green leather).  Back cover interior staining.  Interior pages in very good condition.   The last 14 pages have some creasing along the page edges, and the last few pages have some minor staining lower right.  All other  Interior pages in very good condition.  I do not find any rips, creases, stains or foxing. Colors are bright and vibrant.  Please see photo's.
