OVER THE FINS  - from early 2000s - used once.

This fin easily slips over your wading shoe, is easy to walk in and fits all wading shoes. Adjustable straps - one size fits all. One strap goes over toes and one around ankle. A third strap attaches to your leg and to the fin via a rope so that the fin won't float away if the two straps around the boot come open.

Comes with a Sierra Club carrying/storage bag that holds both the float tube and fins.
