My mannequin stands 5’ 7” tall (compare to a 5’7” tall person with 32 26 32 measurements - garments are usually clipped in back to fit mannequins frame

Measurements are taken by hand with a soft tape - tape lies flat across garment - measurements are not doubled and do not include any stretch- double the bust and waist- add 2-4” for light or normal stretch, 4-6” for max stretch
