This is actually 2 knees.  The small one in the photo is separate from the larger knee.  The small knee measures approximately 3 1/16", and the larger one approximately 15".  These measurements do not include the approximate 1" x 6" base.  

I believe this was previously used in a floral arrangement - it has remnants of floral foam on the underside of the base.
