This is an incomplete LEGO Icons PAC-MAN Arcade set number 10323 with no instruction booklet. It is missing three 1x1 round tiles (2x PAC-MAN, 1x Cherry) that are supposed to be at the bottom of the screen. Other than that it is complete. The instructions can be downloaded for free in PDF form at LEGO's website or through the LEGO Builder App. It will be shipped mostly built.
