When I bought this book, all of the pages were stuck closed and had to be torn apart at perforations at the top of each page. Due to tearing the pages open, 4-5 of the pages have rips at the top but the rips do not affect the applique pattern whatsoever (pictures available of the the worst torn pages). The bottom right corner of the front cover is wrinkled.

The book has never been used so all templates are in tact therefore I listed it as "good" condition. If you want this as a gift for someone special, it's just "acceptable" per the eBay description.
