By making purchase on eBay buyer acknowledges that we will offer a replacement or credit for the purchase value of defective goods only if we are satisfied that such was solely through faulty material or workmanship and such goods must be returned immediately before a credit/replacement can be issued.

We may request photographs for the defective item as well as Vehicle Identification number (VIN) for inspection and investigation purposes. If deemed necessary we may substitute the part with one that is functionally equivalent. We may ask you to return faulty product to us. Any defective items must be delivered to our warehouse; all postage and custom duties.  for the return will be paid by buyer. We retain the right to inspect any item before issuing a refund or providing a replacement.

Warranty Limitation/Limited Liability:

The buyer acknowledges that Engine Parts Direct will only be responsible for the cost of replacement of the product we have sold and will not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss or damage that may occur to the motor after the installation. In the event that a part sold by Engine Parts Direct under warranty fails to function, liability shall be constrained to either replacing the part or providing a remedy, with the option chosen by Engine Parts Direct, not to surpass the price paid for the part.

Warranty Null and Void If

Warranty is void if the installation is not done at a Licensed Automotive Repair Facility or by a ASE(Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanic. 

· The vehicle is converted from private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is utilized for racing, other competitions, or off-road recreational activities.

· Failure is attributed to abuse, misuse, or alterations.

· Failure is a result of using the part for purposes other than those intended or recommended by the manufacturer.

· Failure is resulted due to neglect in engine service as recommended by manufacturer.

· The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.

 Any warranty claims must be initiated by sending us a message on eBay. Warranty claim be not process later than 6 months or 6000 miles whichever comes first from the date of dispatched.
