This was a build it yourself Kit from 1970s. It was a project and from what I can tell all the original parts and instructions are included, however, to get it into working condition, you would need to know how to wire it and with electronics to add. I don’t know much else about this, it is very rare and hard to find. It’s vintage, no significant damage , expected wear for its age
