Good used condition.  I'm reasonably confident these sandals are Birko Flor, can be confusing with all the different materials they use (uppers smooth/glossy on top, fuzzy underneath - seems synthetic).  

Uppers in nice shape - reasonably clean.  Footbeds and edges have some wear (see pics).  The rear heel edge at rest looks normal, the top few mm can push apart - (see consecutive pics).  Outsoles have some heel wear, plenty of life/use left.
