 These pants were purchased by me new from a major department store in Houston, Texas and have been in a smoke and pet free home since the purchase.  These pants are 100% authentic and have never been worn.  They have a total of four pockets (two front secure zip pockets, one side cargo flap pocket and one back pockets).  They have an elasticized waist band with a drawstring close.
