Mid 1900s Storage Chest

This hand crafted wooden box is truly multifunctional. Thoroughly cleaned and waxed to enhance and preserve the wood, tiny remnants of original paint and the ghost of handle markings retain echoes of its story. Thought to be a carpenter's or joiner's chest made warly in their career to store tools if their trade it shows many woodworking skills. With a cut away hinged lid, bespoke integral drawer and dovetail corners it is now perfect for storing tech accessories, collectibles, art, craft, knitting or needlework materials.
