Four full, unused tickets to Swimming events at the 1960 Rome Olympics. There are two tickets to the swimming events at 8:30 on August 26, and two tickets to swimming events at 3:00 on August 27. The swimming events on August 26 were Round One of the Men’s 100 Meters Freestyle. In the finals the following day, John Devitt of Australia would win Gold and Lance Larson of the USA would win Silver. The swimming events on August 27 were Round One of the Men’s 4x100 Meters Medley Relay. In the Finals several days later, the USA would win Gold, Australia would win Silver, and Japan would win Bronze. These are large tickets, approximately 9 1/2” by 4”.
