The book in the photos is the actual item up for sale. The book has some age/use wear. There is a plastic dust jacket protector on the dust jacket. A few pages have some staining (see last photo), and the page ends have some as well. Most of the pages are very nice and clean. No pen or pencil markings and no torn or missing pages.
