◆  The Fish Bowl with a Grudge: Acer is a beat-up, light green 1975 AMC Pacer — a car long nicknamed the "fish bowl" for its unusually large greenhouse windows, which is exactly what his license plate FSHBWL references. After years of being dismissed as a lemon, Acer joined Professor Z's criminal organization alongside his partner Grem. As a Pacer crime family henchman, he was put in charge of operating the electromagnetic pulse weapon used to sabotage the World Grand Prix, making him one of the most hands-on villains in Cars 2.
