PLEASE NOTE:
We need an email address or a mobile telephone number (ideally both) from you to allow the courier to keep in touch with you about your delivery. Your details will never be used for any other reason.
Delivery is free to most post codes, except for those listed below.
The following post codes incur a surcharge from our carriers which we must pass on, sorry! Please note though that it is only charged once per delivery, no matter how many items are in the delivery.

Delivery time:
We use various couriers but it's a 48 hour service for most orders. Your order will be tracked, and you will receive a delivery date and time slot in advance.
If your delivery is going to take longer than normal, we will inform you as soon as we know ourselves, and keep you informed along the way. If you need an item for a particular date, please check with us before ordering that we are able to meet that date. We cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times due to events outside our control.
Is it your responsibility to ensure you have given us the correct delivery address, including post code. We may charge you for unsuccessful delivery attempts which are due to incorrect information provided by you.
Cancellation and refund/returns policy.
You have up to 30 days from the day you receive an item to inform us you wish to return it or cancel your order.
You do not have to give a reason for returning it, but, you must return it in the same condition in which you received it, and without having handled it more than is reasonably necessary to have examined it. For flat pack furniture, it must not have been built, or partially built, and then disassembled. All packaging must also be complete and undamaged.
If, when you receive your furniture, part of it is damaged, we will in the first instance replace any damaged part/s free of charge (for flat pack only). This rarely happens, but please be aware that occasionally it can. If you refuse the offer of a replacement part and still wish to return your furniture, this counts as a Change of Mind return, and you will be liable for return carriage costs.
Once we receive the item, we will refund you within 14 days, minus any charges (if applicable).
You are responsible for paying for any costs involved in returning the item to us, unless the item is defective (and we cannot supply a replacement item or part/s) or not as described.
Please note, the return carriage cost may be a large percentage of the purchase price due to carriers charging by weight, we will always give you a quote beforehand. Once your order is dispatched, you become liable for these charges, even if you cancel before your order is delivered to you.
Also, we will charge you an additional fee if the item is damaged or not resaleable at full price.
