30-Day Returns Policy

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return through eBay.

Condition for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging where applicable. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Process

1. Request a return through your eBay Purchase History
2. eBay will automatically provide you with a prepaid return label
3. Print the label and attach it to your package, or use the QR code at a drop-off location
4. Drop off your return at your nearest carrier location or arrange collection
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund

Who Pays for Return Postage?

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description, we'll cover the return postage costs
• If you've simply changed your mind, the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Original postage costs are refunded only if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or didn't match the description.
