If a Laptop or Desktop turns on and shows "Hard Drive Error" "Media Not Found" or "No Bootable Device Found" type of message on the screen please note that this is not a defect in the unit. It means an Operating System (or hard drive) needs to be loaded on the unit. If Laptop or Desktop is sold without a hard drive or operating system it will be clearly noted in the listing.
