A COMPLETE SET OF STAINLESS-STEEL FASTENERS FOR REPLACING THE ORIGINAL HARDWARE WHEN RESTORING YOUR VINTAGE DELTA UNISAW.

Why sandblast, wire brush or paint those old nuts, bolts, screws, and washers, when you can get a whole new set of bright corrosion resistant stainless-steel fasteners.

We have assembled the 145 pieces required to replace EVERY fastener in a vintage UNISAW from the tabletop down.

Screws are included to replace the rivets on the dust door tag…….and setscrews for the dust door latch and handwheels, screws for everything in the switch box, screws for the tilt and serial number tags, set screws for the pulleys, bolts for the yoke to the trunnions, bolts for the trunnions to the cabinet, the pinch bolt at the arbor casting, bolts for the table to the cabinet, bolts for the extension wings, and many more.

We have included every fastener that’s required to put your Unisaw back together.

We have included the hard-to-find bolts for the escutcheon at the tilt shaft and for the tilt pointer cylinder.  Carriage bolts are included for attaching the base casting to the cabinet.

Also included are all of the stainless-steel flat washers, stainless-steel lock washers, and nuts where they are needed.

All screws, bolts, flat washers, and lock washers are made from top-of-the-line, high quality, corrosion resistant 18-8 stainless steel.  The few hex nuts that are included are not stainless steel.  These are provided in Grade 5 zinc plated steel, so you will have no issues with stainless-to-stainless thread galling.

As in all of our restoration projects, we recommend using a small amount of Loctite brand anti-seize compound.

You will also get a color-coded detailed fastener inventory listing that tells what goes where and what gets a flat washer and/or a lock washer.   No need to have saved all those pages of notes from when you took your Unisaw apart.

There is enough info on our inventory list to put your Unisaw back together, same as it came apart.

We have also included a HELPFUL HINT sheet to assist in the placement of these fasteners during the Unisaw reassembly.

Sight-unseen fasteners, like inside the switch box, have been upgraded from old fashioned slotted head screws to Phillip's head screws to facilitate easier installation.  Fasteners that show, like the tilt shaft escutcheon, match the original slotted head fillister bolts for authenticity.

Each fastener is described in detail......bolt diameter, thread size, length, head type, quantity, location used, whether to install with flat washer, whether to install with lock washer, etc.

This kit is for the complete Unisaw reassembly, from the table down.  No fasteners are included for the fence rails or the fence. We are working on stainless custom kits for these items separately, but they are not yet available.

Each fastener set is carefully counted and packaged by screw or bolt size, in individual Zip-lock bags, numbered 1 through 7.  Bag 8 contains all of the flat washers, lock washers, and nuts.

We also offer a stainless-steel motor mount pin with new hairpin clips and a stainless-steel handle with a new billet aluminum or brass Saturn knob for the fence locking lever.
