Customer Service
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We offer next day shipping on all items. If you purchase an item on Friday afternoon it will ship Monday. If there is a problem with an order please contact us directly. During normal business hours on weekdays we will respond within a few hours (our response on the weekends and after business hours in the evening may take a little longer) and we will work to resolve the problem quickly.
Shipping Requirements
We ship usually same day as purchase, at most next day.
If the value of the order is over two hundred dollars, then we require a signature confirmation. If you do not want a signature confirmation on your package, please contact us and we will not require it, but you will be responsible if the package is lost.
We pack our merchandise well and often overpack it, but if you wish to have it packed to specific requirements, please contact us either before purchasing or right after. A delay in contacting us may result in our not being able to meet your requirements.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. We will then give you instructions on how to proceed. We work to make returns quick and easy and will refund the payment the same day the item is received.
