I'm letting go of my extensive magic and mentalism collection, items gathered over the last 50 years with many dating back more than a century. In addition to mentalism and magic effects, I also have an extensive collection of books, booklets, and lecture notes. I'm working to list two or three each day, but also have a comprehensive list available in a spread sheet. Contact me if you are interested in a specific volume. And yes, if you see mutlple items, I will combine shipping and offer a better price.
Here are four vintage mentalism effects. Each belonged to a well known mentalist with whom my team of psychologists and I worked for several years. Also included is a Ross Johnson "Wooden Nickel" from Invocational V.
1. Minding the Store (Rutledge): A prediction effect organized around a grocery store list.
2. The Human Mind Control Act Sense of Taste (#107, no date, likely between 1920's-1950's): The performer causes participants to taste and smell various items.
3. Spellbound (Grant): A series of effects causing participants to move, sway, engage in various behaviors through apparent hypnotic suggestion.
4. Dice Divination (O"Neal): The performer using dice to locate a chosen card.
