The product is a rare vintage Nike Air Jordan 4 Fire Red original mid-top sneaker in size 5.5.

Released in 1989, the Air Jordan 4 was the first global release of the franchise, and the first shoe in the line to feature its signature “over-molded” mesh. Another notable feature on the Air Jordan 4 OGs was the Nike Air logo featured on the heel, a nod to the way Jordan himself always appeared on the court, defying gravity. The shoe appeared in Spike Lee’s film, Do The Right Thing, transcending the world of sports to make a significant impact on pop culture forever.

This classic sneaker features a solid pattern with a color scheme of white, red, and black. The shoe is made of leather with a rubber outsole and a lace-up closure. With its retro 80s theme and iconic Nike logo, this sneaker is a must-have for any basketball or sneaker enthusiast looking for a piece of history.

These shoes were worn by my husband when he was a child and then stored on a shelf in his childhood closet where they have remained for 37 years. They were loved when they were new and have become extremely delicate with age with the midsole crumbling. I have cleaned them minimally and shrinkwrapped the shoes for shipping to prevent further deterioration.

Without extensive repair, would recommend buying for display only!

Unfortunately, no box for those one.
