The fabric is slightly sheer but with heavy embroidery on top (subtle and in black). 

Both the fabric and embroidery is cotton. 

Has tie sleeves (with an open feature).

It's a lovely resort / holiday type dress. 

I would throw on over slip or bathers, pair with strappy heels etc with a big sunhat.

Very good preloved condition. 

Gentle (even) wear on the fabric.
