RETURNS and REFUNDS:

Returns are accepted within 30 days (or 14 days for specific items. please check product descriptions).
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging if possible.
Perishable goods, sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable products cannot be returned.
Simplified Return and Refund Policy. If you reached out, will make the return process as quick and hassle-free as possible. Here’s how it works:
For Small and Standard size items: We will send you a QR code. no printer required. Simply show the QR code to any staff member at the post office or designated drop-off site, and they’ll take care of the rest.
For Large or Heavy items: Returns are handled via courier collection, we’ll arrange a courier collection to collect the item from you. Collection day and time is available Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Printer is required. Please print the provided return label and attach it securely to the package before the scheduled collection.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its condition.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days to your original payment method.
International Returns:
