Ross of Annville, NY, for "1 pr. Dennis poles," a type of fishing rod or tackle, at a cost of $1.25. Nicely printed form with early typography and handwritten entries, including order number 21794 and factory forwarding note. A great piece of sporting goods and ephemera history from the late 19th century.
